Returns & Refunds Policy

At Homeleb, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

To start a return, please contact us at postmaster@homeleb.shop with your order number and reason for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law. Where required by law, eligible standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

Certain items may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalized products or goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

For UK and EU customers: Your statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases, including applicable 14-day cancellation rights, is not affected by our 30-day return policy.
